Personality Test

1.Those who have qualified for the first two examinations will be called to attend the interview.
2.In the panel there will be 6 to 8 IAS or IPS officials .It will be held in Newdelhi
3,Total marks for interview is 300.However if a candidate gets higher marks in examination and less marks in the interview he/she will have less chance to become an IAS /IPS
4, Mainly the interview tests on the eligiblity of a candidate for social service ,personality traits,Reasoning power,Leadership quality ,Personality skills etc.

How to attend the interview
When you enter the room say "Good morning Sir".If there is any women say "Good morning Madam ".When you are asked to sit say "Thank you "and sit .Generally while answering use Sir or Madam.Wear the best and simple dress .Donot wave your hands.Donot sit leaning against the chair.Donot call intensiveness "Hello".If you are not ready to accept the ideas of interviewee say politely as "So far as i know....." Donot say "Sorry sir ! .I don't agree with you"

Impotent points to be noticed
1.Donot go with your personal problems .Have a smiling face :)
2.Donot look at a particular person when there are so many persons.Donot interrupt while they are talking.
3.Answer with confidence

1.Why do you want to get into IAS
2.IFS and IPS are importent as IAS .Then why don't you choose them
3.What are your leisure time activities
4.Questions based on state ,Tradition politica and economice will be asked
5.Questions also from Indian democracy.Non alligned movement,Science etc.
6.Questions can be from optional subjects(Can you tell about some latest developments in your subject ?)
7.You will be asked to tell them about you,your family,education etc
